Many advantages with simple communication

The rewards program is quite complex as it reaches a large number of hotels worldwide with numerous benefits and the main objective was to explain to the user in a simple and visual way how the rewards program works.

For this project, it was defined that the best communication channel would be Facebook, considering that it was where there were the largest number of users searching for information on the topic. The images below consists of a Facebook tab inserted into the rewards program page of the Marriott Rewards page and some posts.

About Marriott Rewards

Marriott Rewards is the loyalty program of the Marriott hotel chain with more than 4,200 hotels worldwide. The main hotel brands participating in the program, among others, are: Ritz-Carlton, Reinassance, Autograph Collection, Marriott Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott, AC Hotels and Protea Hotels.
