“La santé passe aussi par la peau”

I served the L’Oréal Vichy and Innéov brands for almost 3 years by the CDN Comunicação agency. Several projects were planned and delivered in the areas of public relations and customer relations through social networks and the famous Vichy Blog.

Planning and Creative Direction

The success with this blog was huge and in mid-2012 the agency’s planning team with the client saw the blog’s potential and the strength it had on social networks and it was then that we thought about turning the blog platform into a market place where we would have, in addition to the customer relationship area, a space for advertising and selling products from the entire Vichy line and also Innéov.

And I can say that this was my first project as a UX designer even though I didn’t use that definition yet, because I already managed a small team of designers at that time and it was up to me, with the client and the planning team to design the project, research the possibilities, evaluate the user’s profile and how to impact them through the platform to, after all this, design the navigable prototype and monitor its development. It was also the first project that I planned and executed thought to work perfectly on all devices responsively and also through an application.

Of course it evolves a lot professionally after this client but I can say that L’Oréal Vichy was very important for my professional life.

About L’Oréal Vichy

Vichy Laboratoires was founded in 1931 by Dr. Haller, the first doctor to lay the foundations of French dermocosmetics, uniting health and beauty. Since then, Vichy has been a science-based brand, recommended by dermatologists, with dermatological expertise committed to one mission: the pursuit of skin health.

Vichy believes that health is vital and starts with the skin. Today, Vichy’s mission is stronger than ever: to empower women and men, of different ages and skin types, and to help them decode and anticipate changing skin and scalp needs at every stage of life.
